Sorbet is one dessert we enjoy all year long. It naturally contains no gluten, dairy or yeast and is just about fat free. There are a variety of fruits you can use to make this iced treat: mangos, strawberries, pineapple, peaches and bananas to name just a few. Our family’s personal favorite is a mixture of bananas, peaches and pineapple chunks.
