
There are two types of brownies: cake-like and fudgy. Cake-like brownies have a bit of rise in them. This recipe is for the darker, denser, fudge brownies.
Cake-like, fudgy – doesn’t matter to me. When it comes to brownies, all I can say is “Yummy, ummy, good!!!!”.
