
This is a great gluten-free, yeast-free pizza crust recipe. This is the recipe we use on a regular basis even though it requires the extra step of mixing the flours. This combination of flours produces a crust closest to one made from wheat flour.
Roll it thick for a Sicilian crust or thinner for a pizza pie. I top this with the Pizza Sauce recipe (see page 363).
