This loaf of bread does not require kneading like traditional bread dough. Instead, the ingredients form a batter that is similar to a thick muffin batter. Simply mix the ingredients and pour in a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. That’s all it takes to enjoy light, airy gluten-free, yeast-free bread.
