There are many ways to make use of leftover bread. You can slice it and freeze it for later, you can process it into gluten-free bread crumbs, and you can also cut it into cubes and freeze to make stuffing. And another absolutely perfect use for any leftover bread is toasting it to use as croutons to top your salads.
