Chia Seed

                            Chia seed when mixed with becomes the perfect substitute for eggs when baking.

Ground chia seed when mixed with hot water becomes  gelatinous and acts as a egg replacement or binder in most recipes. 

I find it works much better than flax seed as an egg substitute and I no longer use flax. 


Chia seed also is a superfood of nutrition. Delicious and healthy.


I use both the ground chia and the whole seed chia
