I currently have 3 sets of these terrific measuring cups.  The reason why I love them so much is because the cups come in 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, and 1 cup sizes and the spoons 1/8 tsp, 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp, 1/2 tbsp and 1 tbsp.

Having a 2/3 size and 3/4 size will save you from having to measure twice - two 1/3 cups or 1/2 plus 1/4 to make 3/4 cup.

For those who are sensitive to corn, coconut palm sugar is a wonderful replacement for sugar or brown sugar.

I no longer recommend this beet sugar as it is produced using genetically modified sugar beets. Another substitute for those who are sensitive to corn or cane sugar.

I have two sets of this Cuisinart machine and 3 bowls which I always keep ready in the freezer. This allows me to make all 3 flavors of ice cream at once which makes everyone happy.  In 20 minutes plus an hour or more hardening time in the freezer you have incredibly delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, corn-free, soy-free ice cream.

The waffle maker makes perfect gluten-free waffles every time with no sticking.  None. Not a bit. Absolutely no sticking at all.  It doesn't even need for the grates to be oiled before using. And it's true you don't need to peek and check on your waffles. The timer sounds when they're done and you get perfectly cooked waffles every time.
