I use an assortment of all the various sizes of mason jars. They come in handy for so many things.
The smaller 8-ounce jelly jar size is perfect for storing baking soda, cream of tartar and konjac powder for your gluten-free baking.
The medium size pint size jar works well for the homemade ketchup and mayonnaise recipes from the cookbook.
The larger half-gallon size is just the right size for rice milk.
