This is a fun recipe. A crusted base, topped with a chocolate chip dough, drizzled with chocolate. Hate to admit, it but we ate half of it in one sitting. My husband decided that instead of a birthday cake this year, he’d rather have a whole tray of Dream Bars all to himself.
