Baked Stuffing

A moist baked stuffing full of chopped celery, onions and seasoning. Growing up, we used to stuff the turkey, but nowadays due to health concerns, we always bake the stuffing separately. Currently, our favorite way to prepare stuffing is to follow the recipe as instructed and add sautéed mushrooms as suggested in the notes.
