Most ice creams are gluten-free and not usually an issue for those following a gluten-free diet. Still, you have to be careful and check ingredients to make sure. Blue Bonnet is one brand that sometimes may have wheat in their ice cream. And sometimes ice creams may include cookies or other baked goods in certain flavors.
For those who are following a gluten-free and dairy-free diet though, it can be a little more challenging to find an acceptable ice cream. And if you're like our family and have several food intolerances, it can become even more difficult.

Equipment Needed
